Conception of a territorial observation and prospective tool for energy. The case of fuelwood.

International audience; Decentralized energy planning has been emerged in France since the last three decades especially due to the development of renewable energies. One corollary is the increase of local actors' role in energy and land planning. In order to help them carrying out efficient policies, decision support systems (DSS) have been developed. In this paper, the authors deal with a DSS applied to fuelwood sector.

This paper presents the principles, method and main results of the Observatory of the Socio-Ecological Transition in Franche-Comté (OTSE-fc). The latter is currently used as a reference for the development of the Drâa observatory of the Province of Ouarzazate as part of the CNRS-CNRST scientific cooperation project 2015-2016. At the request of the participants of the workshop, we also summarized the progress of the territorial diagnosis of the Province of Ouarzazate, which constitutes the basis of the Drââ Observatory. Prospects of territorial intelligence tool Catalyse according to governance

Catalysis method has been developed since 1989 as a scientific tool for territorial intelligence and governance. It is currently undergoing major adjustments that are presented in this paper. Catalysis was immediately concerted as a tool for territorial stakeholders' cooperation and citizen participation in local initiatives . It allows a stakeholder partnership to confront the needs of a given population with resource inventory and indicators of a territory as to predict and assess the evolution of these elements.
